elem3nt church is blessed to have a servant leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and attempting to accomplish His will. Our servant leadership structure is patterned after the Biblical Eldership model demonstrated in the Bible. We take seriously the call to shepherd his people by mirroring God's missional character.
